In the event of a tie for DKP augs... (submitted by Zunnoab at 10:24pm PDT)

We will call a random between the highest DKP people if more than one person at the cap asks, or if the highest DKP of all those asking is tied between two or more people.

Also, full members 40% or above in attendance may ask for augs. We have followed that rule for many months, but we forgot to post about it.

Rk. III Runes Revisited (submitted by Zunnoab at 09:46am PST)

We've decided to ditch the DKP idea. After many months of not coming up with a good alternative, we'll be doing the standard "high attendance buff class" method that we used for OoW runes, until we get lots more RK. IIIs. As far as which classes get first or who and such, that will be decided later.

Runes (RK. III) Cost Change (submitted by genolas at 01:51am PDT)

The officers felt that the base cost of 540 DKP was a little too steep and we have decided to reduce the dkp cost by half.The current DKP costs will be ;

(SPELL - CASTER) is 10 DKP
(SPELL - HYBRID) is 18 DKP
(SPELL - MELEE) is 54 DKP

Winners of runes have their points adjusted accordingly.

(AUG), (SPELL - CASTER), (SPELL - HYBRID), and (SPELL - MELEE) (submitted by Zunnoab at 04:24am PDT)

We've been using (AUG) for awhile now actually, and its use needs no explanation.

We had a dilemma getting our first TSS Rk. III... how do we distribute them? Not even the leaders and officers and loot helpers can agree on one thing, but Seychelle and Genolas made the hard decision of a preliminary system.

It's important to note that this may or may not change. It all depends on how it works out. If it works out well, there will be no need to change it. If it doesn't, it can be delt with at that time. This is far better than simply going /random. :)

The premise is this:
We'll be using DKP for the spells. Now, that brings up a concern: Melee get 5, hybrids get 15, and casters get 25! Surely dkp is too unfair for casters right? The solution to fix that is to make it cost the same for everyone to get all of their spells/tomes.

(SPELL - CASTER) is 20 DKP
(SPELL - HYBRID) is 36 DKP
(SPELL - MELEE) is 108 DKP

This makes it cost about the same for everyone to get all of their Rk. IIIs.

(CLASS), (2H), and (1H) (submitted by Zunnoab at 10:31am PDT)

We'll be adding some more tags to help the loot people award stuff. Most of the time (but not 100% of the time) class only weapons and two handed weapons are considered as a lesser loot compared to core gear. One handed weapons are generally considered more valuable than the other two, but marking them isn't a bad idea.

DKP changes this weekend. (submitted by Raynorel at 12:43am PDT)

We will be going through each DKP account systematicaly over the holiday weekend and decrease all current active acounts DKP value by 50%. The highest amount a person should have will be around 320 dkp or so. In the event of getting a 0.5 value when decreasing by 50%, the value will be rounded up to the next highest integer value.

This is to facilitate the start of our new DKP for augs system and so that we don't have to all start out at a zero value.

Current projected DKP spent on non anguish augs will be just over 1000 a week once we are in full swing of Demiplane/ToB/Razorthorn. Current projected DKP being given out per week is projected at 36x54 or 1944 dkp. We will analyze the affect this large difference will have and will decide whether to decrease dkp out or increase the cost 2 fold.

(BOT) and (ROT) (submitted by Zunnoab at 10:17am PDT)

If something is going to rot and is saved from rot, or if something goes to an alt or bot, it should only be taken into a consideration for a "tie breaker."

As such, I have begun adding new items when such things happen.

Say (as if it would happen with this example):
(ROT) Ring of Deterrence
(BOT) Ring of Deterrence

If you got something as rot or bot status, make sure to post to have it fixed if it is not noted.

Bonus attendance redistributed. (submitted by Zunnoab at 02:36pm PDT)

As most of you probably knew the old bonus attendance actually hurt people that missed it. I distribute the bonus hours into the most recent normal hours of people that got them and deleted the bonus hours. So, those old bonus hours no longer hurt anyone that missed them, and are a greater benefit to those that attended them than they were before.
