Regarding Prismatic Faycite (submitted by Zunnoab at 09:53pm PDT) It is to the point where all tells over 50% had one the last time we did it. This does not mean if you have one you are guaranteed to win one over someone that does not have one, nor that we promise we can get them for everyone that wants a bunch of them, but it does mean we'll be factoring in more than just qualifying raid percentage and how many of them you have, now. |

Cultural Augs (submitted by Zunnoab at 07:06pm PDT) Here's how we will do them: We will do them as any other loot, but don't expect more than one please until we get a few of its tier. Because of the differences in tiers, lesser tiers don't count vs. newer tiers. They will be done as other items are, but please do not expect more than one of them for quite some time. For the Last Bloods, 17 were awarded before anyone got two. These are very rare items, so let's hope our luck increases and we get more soon! If you want one of these, please think hard in advance what slot you want it in. That's not a promise they will rain down, but they are so rare it's important it is a good upgrade when used, so please avoid lateral upgrading same tier armor pieces so as not to waste the molds. 1.) They are done as normal loot, but the number the people asking already have is currently an overriding factor (if we don't have lots of them). If you have one, and we don't have many of them, don't hold out for another at this time. Edit: They (SE/Sunshard)seem to drop a bit more now, but still no promises. It's a risky way to go for a gear path, if you rely entirely on them. The fay ones are rarer now. 2.) We are counting them as augs on the DKP, mainly due to the precedence set by the Bazu Stones and Last Bloods, and are continuing that precident through TSS, TBS, and now Sof. They absolutely count versus others of their tier though. Here are the tiers: Bazu Last Blood Serpent's Essence/Sunshard Prismatic Faycite So Bazu and Last Blood are pretty irrelevant right now, Serpent's Essence and Sunshard counts vs. each other, and Prismatic Faycite is on its own tier. We had it planned this way since January, but the unfortunate use of the word "new" caused some confusion eight months later when we have a "new" kind dropping again. |

Bows (submitted by Zunnoab at 09:07pm PDT) We're marking bows on the dkp item entries now. Feel free to post for item corrections if your bow is not marked as such. I marked the more recent ones but there is so much loot it would have been a massive undertaking to retroactively mark them all. Feel free to post for corrections. |

Solteris Ring Upgrades (submitted by Zunnoab at 04:09pm PST) 1.) The drop from the "Deadly Swarm" encounter (Aprosis) is the first upgrade. Those 50%+ with the fully flagged ring can random for it on a win there. This DOES NOT count as a loot. The third drop counts as loot. 2.) The drop from "The Captured Portal" event is the second upgrade. Those 50%+ with the first drop may random. In the event that all 50%+ people with the first drop have it, those without 50% can random if they have the first drop. If no one in the raid with the first drop needs it, then it will open to all full members 50%+. I don't think we have decided exactly what will happen, but I'd imagine people with the further parts would automatically get awarded the previous parts if that happens, but please don't quote me on that. 3.) Only the THIRD drop counts as a loot. We will not penalize people by having each and every upgrade count as yet another loot. 4.) This is subject to change. I'm posting this from memory, so I may be asked to edit it! |

New Cultural Augs (submitted by Zunnoab at 05:22am PST) Here's how we will do them: We will do them as any other loot, but don't expect more than one please. Because last bloods reached rot for a time, they will not be counted when awarding these. They will be done as other items are, but please do not expect more than one of them for quite some time. For the Last Bloods, 17 were awarded before anyone got two. These are very rare items, so let's hope our luck increases and we get more soon! Edit: They seem to drop a bit more now, but still no promises. It's a risky way to go for a gear path, if you rely entirely on them. 2.) We are counting them as augs on the DKP, mainly due to the precedence set by the Bazu Stones and Last Bloods. They absolutely count versus other SEs/FSs, but for other loot they count as an aug. |

(RUNE) and _ for inactive members. (submitted by Zunnoab at 03:24am PDT) Don't be offended if you have a _ before your name or a friend's name. To preserve history and DKP for members that return, we don't delete old members. Instead, we rename their DKP history with an underscore. Oldguildie becomes _oldguildie. They naturally sort to the bottom of the roster making it easier to see current members. There are a gazillion bots on the roster due to in zone /who attendance. I didn't delete them because they'll probably end up right back there another day eventually. For simplicity's sake, I ditched the (SPELL - CASTER) etc mumbo jumbo for Glowing Obsidian Runes. Now its' just (RUNE) Glowing Obsidian Rune. I could go back and retroactively change it, but I don't see a mass item rename feature so I'd have to do it one by one, which is meh. |

In the event of a tie for DKP augs... (submitted by Zunnoab at 10:24pm PDT) We will call a random between the highest DKP people if more than one person at the cap asks, or if the highest DKP of all those asking is tied between two or more people. Also, full members 40% or above in attendance may ask for augs. We have followed that rule for many months, but we forgot to post about it. |

Rk. III Runes Revisited (submitted by Zunnoab at 09:46am PST) We've decided to ditch the DKP idea. After many months of not coming up with a good alternative, we'll be doing the standard "high attendance buff class" method that we used for OoW runes, until we get lots more RK. IIIs. As far as which classes get first or who and such, that will be decided later. |

Runes (RK. III) Cost Change (submitted by genolas at 01:51am PDT) The officers felt that the base cost of 540 DKP was a little too steep and we have decided to reduce the dkp cost by half. The current DKP costs will be ; (SPELL - CASTER) is 10 DKP (SPELL - HYBRID) is 18 DKP (SPELL - MELEE) is 54 DKP Winners of runes have their points adjusted accordingly. |
